Michael W. Robinson is a coach, speaker and an accomplished veteran of the Sports
Performance Training industry with 23 years of proven experience training athletes of all levels from youth to professional. Mike received his certification in 1993 from the National Sports Conditioning Association (NSCA) in personal training and strength and conditioning. He is an active part of the organization today.
Mike’s athletes come from a variety of sports including:
- 1993-2008 St. Louis Cardinal baseball players
- 1995-1996 Jackie Joyner Kersee (Heptathlon event in Track & Field) 1996 Atlanta Olympics
His passion for developing young athletes from the high school level to the professional level is well documented.
In 2004 Mike was recognized by Men’s Health Magazine as one of the top 100 elite trainers in the United States.
Mike began his studies in clinical practice and human movement pattern recognition in 2010, identifying restrictions in joint range of motion and motor control dysfunction. Over the course of his career he has helped countless athletes prevent and rehabilitate common athletic injuries. He has a detailed system comprised of various techniques to help restore joint mobility and restore functional movement patterns.
Mike’s practice is not limited to just athletes but helps the active aging and special populations.
